Capital Health reached out to the Trenton Health Team, an important community partner, to work with them to develop and implement this transformative multi-year plan.

in partnership with Mercer County Community Collegewill present TNI educational grants that will enable Trenton Residents to take advantage of 5000 dollars Grants that will help them obtain their Allied Healthcare Professional Certificate, Associate Degree, and/or Educational Track for career advancement, including participation in the Health Careers Plus One Program.

TNI also promotes significant public health efforts focused on addressing maternal and child health and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), both of which are important health capital priorities.
